As per attached documents, [redacted] had a chargeback issued against our account for the total invoice amount, therefore, he hasn't paid for services rendered, and we consider this matter closed Thank You

On September 23, 2014, we notified Mrs*** that we will reimburse her for the extra cleaning charges that were deducted from ***’s security depositThe refund has been processed and she should’ve received the payment by nowI’ve attached a copy of the email noticed that
was sent, for your recordsWe haven’t heard from the former resident nor Mrs*** since the refund was excepted, therefore, we considered the matter resolved.

I am rejecting this response because: YOU SEE HOW THEY LIE, THEY FIRST SAID I PAID WITH CHECK AND CANCELED CHECK, NOW AFTER I SAID CREDIT CARD THEY SAY IT WAS CHARGED BACK, THE TRUTH IS I GOT CHARGED BACK FOR THIS BECAUSE OF THERE LIES, AND THATS WAY I AM COMING TO THE Revdex.com SECOND NOW AND IF THIS DOES NOT WORK, THE MEDIA. I WILL NOT GIVE UP UNTIL THEY REFUND MY MONEY BECAUSE THEY LIED ABOUT THE SERVICE AND NOW CONTINUE TO LIE ABOUT THE EVENTS LEADING UP TO NOW. All our apartments are inspected
before a new resident moves in.  On move-in day we had painters, cleaners
and carpet cleaners on site in case anything that was missed. Upon check-in,
our residents are given a move-in condition form to complete and return within
72 hours. The renovations...

were advertised in 2013 as upcoming and our residents
received hardwood styled floors as promised. If there was a complaint at the
time, it should have been made to the management, so we could have been
addressed in a timely manner.
Regarding move out charges, our
residents are asked to return the apartment in the same condition they received
it in. A month before move-out, our residents received a letter informing them
how to leave the apartment when moving out. In this letter, items such as trash
and damages were mentioned. After move out, the apartment is inspected the same
day and its condition is notated. Questions regarding any of the charges on
your move-out statement can be answered by our Resident Services.
As for the $100 Reward Card, it
is policy that our employees not participate in any promotions. At the time you
renewed, you were an employee of The Village at Blacksburg.

                I received the copy of the complaint for [redacted]...

Herder Corp. does a great job the first time, and also honors its warranties. They applied epoxy to our garage floor; it was an unusually complex task. The obviously experienced crew said they had never encountered something like this before: some mystery chemical had been applied to the floor by a previous owner. Nonetheless, part of our agreement with Herder was that they remove this substance whatever it was. I The crew were respectful of our home, cheerful, knowledgeable, had all been with the company for a long time, and were obviously trustworthy. I am typically cautious but I saw no problem giving the Herder crew the run of my entire home when I was out.
Unfortunately this first job did not work out as expected. When I emailed the director about the problem he called me within the hour and took full responsibility. Herder sent the same excellent crew out to redo the entire floor.
We get many compliments, by builders and others who know, about our garage floor. We definitely recommend this company.
