I am rejecting this response because: The latest response from Homestead still includes some inaccurate informationHowever, we do agree that the project has progressed better over the past three weeksPrior to our February meeting with Homestead, we enlisted the assistance of a construction attorney who drafted a letter to Homestead's owner re: our concerns with the project up until February Since the meeting, the project – under the guidance of a different project manager – is nearing completionAlso, we acknowledge that Homestead has absorbed a few of the costs associated with the inconsistencies between the written contract and the architectural drawingsAnd we are appreciative that there have been personnel changes in the project including the competent and communicative project manager

I am writing in response to the complaint left by [redacted]. It is never our intention to prolong a project, however, the homeowners did make changes to the original contract that have prolonged and drawn out the project. We have been in contact with [redacted] throughout the entire project,...

updating and continuing to provide the next steps. We strive for customer satisfaction and have been in contact with the [redacted]'s this morning to resolve the issues at hand and hope to wrap the project up. We have made this project priority and hope to resolve the issue asap. Our business relies on customer feedback, and we never want to leave a customer unsatisfied with our work, we will do what we can to make this right.

Since the meeting, the project – under the guidance of a different project manager – is nearing completion.
