We hired this company the first templating was done on Saturday September 24th cheque cashed Nov.7th and the job still is not completed
We have been dealing with this company since Febgiving a deposit on our accountWe had changes to the granit but first template was done on Saturday Sept24th we didnt have a cabinet completed so they needed to return they made appointments didnt show up no phone calls on several occasionsWe gave them a cheque for $12,plus our deposit of $in Febthis job is still not completed we have sent several emails and text messages they will not reply
This company installed my kitchen counter top with under mount sinkSink was attached with siliconeSink fell offNobody came to fix it
Granite *** was hired by me it install the granite countertop with undermount sinkI was promised work done within hrs*** showed up, took my kitchen apart and leftThen nobody came byWhen I called, I got a response that owner left on vacationAfter a fight with the person in the phone, he said he would send someoneThere were few no showsNo communication from them Took them nearly weeks to complete the workGranite is scratchedThe counter top was put on and the contractor leftI had to finish the job by myself by filing the gaps between the counter and the wall and caulking gaps aroundDishwasher was left unattached, plumbing was not hooked upThe ad advertised as they will dispose of old counters, it was left in my garageLast week sink in the kitchen fell off as it was attached by silicone onlyI contacted the ownerH

A few weeks ago, granite depot (***) recently supplied and installed a quartz counter top, under mount sink at our house I had shopped around town for the best price They had it The install date occurred as promised Their installers were there on time, courteous and professional Their work was top quality and they didn't leave till I was satisfied Granite Depot also made me two bread cutting boards out of the same quartz slab at no charge I will not hesitate to recommend these folks to anybody incl family and friends
