1st this is not or no way an apology
2nd they accused me of confusing them with another companyI have there flyer and the with draw from account that states their company name
3rd the flyer does not say it has to be returned to the mall truck, and I called their company with in days and e-mailed with in days
4th I work for a living to pay my bills I leave my home at 4:am and don't return until 6:pm Monday - Friday, Their company had already gotten enough of our hard earned money to take a day off work to return to the parking lot when the flyer don't say that is what we have to do
I can go on and onWe never received a receipt from the guy that sold us the meat, I do have a bank statement with your company name and date to prove I was there and I do have the e-mail from when I e-mailed you saying thank you for contacting us also I have the call log from the times I called youI did everything right on my end,I e-mail, calledThey need to make it right on their endThis company has no Ethics or morals and feel they took my moneyI will not re tracked my complaint until they make what is wrong rightThe refund do me

We are very strict with returning within 3 days because we are unable to control how the meat is handled and stored once it leaves our sale.
