Very disatisfied
We picked up our steaks which were presented to us and went directly home and placed them in freezer. With our presentation at not point did they review the return policy and in fact we were not even given a flyer, so we did not know the return policy at all. We received our meat May 25th and on June 3rd, I placed 2 steaks in the fridge to thaw to make on 6/4, I came home from work and opened them to place on my blackstone, the minute I opened them a sour/rotten smell was there and the steaks were a grayish blue, this does not happen by not putting them in the freezer after purchase as they are vacuum sealed, this happens with bad meat being placed in the bags before sealing. I threw those out and went to get 2 of the "special" sirloins, and upon opening them, the same sour smell was released. HIGHLY, HIGHLY disappointed and we do not even want to open or eat any of the many steaks we received. Very upset at the quality and the way this is presented, it was a haggeling game to get the lowest price and then to not be giving all the information/flyers for return policy is a very misleading and disappointed way to do busy. Highly Highly moral wrong when people are trying to get the most for their dollar. Bad Bad way to do business and if I see the truck and sign in my local area I will sit there all day and voice my experience.
