On May 23, 2019, I established a contract with the company placing a bed, frame, dinette set and a dresser in layaway. I have been paying on these items bi-weekly since the contracted date. On February 28, 2020 I went to pay off the items and schedule delivery. I was informed the furniture had been picked up in June. The furniture was not picked up nor delivered to me and I have been making payments consistently on furniture that I thought was in layaway. I asked to see copies of the paperwork, where it was delivered and who signed for it. They refused to provide information. Today they told the finance company it was deivered. Which is also false.
entered Home Style Furniture & Rugs Inc. and purchased a Queen Size Bed, Dresser, Dining Table and 4 chairs totaling $1248.99 on May 23, 2019. Customer chose to have her furniture financed with West Creek Finance. The merchandise was picked up and signed for as seen on the receipt. As seen on the receipt, this purchase was NOT a layaway purchase as stated by the purchaser. We have included the signed customer contract receipt clearly showing that the merchandise was picked up for and signed to confirm.
She entered our store recently demanding to speak to a manager. She was informed that her order was picked up and was confirmed and signed for via store invoice documents and verified with West Creek Finance. She then began to swear and threaten store employees and began to chase out current customers. The manager informed her that he will to help her out as much as he can, but her original customer copy invoice was presented and her merchandise was picked up as the signature identifies. In addition, the business has not been receiving any payments from her because her merchandise was purchased using West Creek Finance, not layaway. Please Note; the original customer copy invoice was with her at this time. She then left and began spamming our online social media pages with unjust bad reviews and negative comments. Upon the manager speaking to the owner, the owner contacted her personally and informed her that Home Style Furniture &
Rugs Inc. will take the loss to ensure she is happy with her cooperation and agreement to remove her unfair and unjustified social media spam. Home Style Furniture & Rugs Inc. re-ordered her merchandise but the customer has yet to remove her unjust social media negative reviews and comments. Now, a few days later we received the Revdex.com complaint via mail. Under our customer agreement contract, we do NOT need to give her new merchandise since her order was picked up with the original customer invoice that was with her at the time of pick up as well as when she came into the store to complain. Home Style Furniture & Rugs Inc. agreed to replace her order if she removes her negative reviews and Revdex.com complaint and she agreed to this over the phone with the owner. We agreed to resolve this issue before receiving the Revdex.com complaint, but we will provide the customer with a replacement of her merchandise ONLY if the customer agrees to remove the unfair and unjustified bad reviews and resolve this Revdex.com complaint. We have been more than cooperative and compassionate and feel we have gone way beyond necessary to appease her, including taking the financial loss to replace, losing potential customers due to her inappropriate behavior in our store as well as her unjust social media spamming.
DCMH remains firm in its mission to provide quality care to our patients and to work with any patient who has difficulty satisfying their financial responsibility. However, once assigned to a collection agency the patient is obligated to make arrangements with the collection agency. The best course of action for Ms. is to reach out to the collection agency handling her debt and make arrangements to pay. Usually monthly payment arrangements can be made with agencies if the arrangements are reasonable and honored.

***I do not owe anybody and nothing has went into collection the finance company and I are going back and forth with an solution, the file submitted to you was indeed the date I went to the furniture place and signed for them to start taking payments out I did not leave with any furniture my apartment company is willing to show cameras as for May 23rd that nothing was to my house , the furniture company talked to the finance company and told them that they delivered the furniture to me June 23rd , and told you guys I picked it up May 23rd the finance company has copy of them stating that they said they delivered to me which again was false I never signed anything for delivery, I went back to the store to ask for a delivery copy and the only thing they can show is copy of me signing May 23rd for the items which I’m confused , yes the owner called and said they was going to reorder the items and send them to me I have yet heard back from them on doing that so therefore I will remove my reviews to them when they continue with their promise .
