Review: Poor customer service. No follow through... Need a copy of my sales receipt that they have on file, and was told they would not give me one for my records. The couch I purchased from them is tearing, and recliner is breaking. I was told that "technically" they aren't even suppose to be helping me without my receipt...The receipt they have in store and right in front of them. All I want is a copy for my records. No where is it posted in store or on any paperwork I signed that this is a policy. I know this because I asked the sales associate if it was in the contract/paperwork I signed and she said it is nowhere in printing. I asked to see store policy and she said it is not in there either.Desired Settlement: I'd like the furniture fixed and a copy of my receipt for my records.

The issue #2 recliner mechanism need a new pull handle cable was approved, we told the customer that we will order and reschedule the repair. Regarding invoice copy, our policy sign is at the front desk. We just ask our customer to have a copy of sale invoice so we can expedite a faster service. We are happy to give a copy to customer for reference for future service. The furniture has 1 year Limited Warranty from [redacted] manufacture. We are planning to reschedule for replacement of mechanism handle the week of Jan 4th.
