does black mold in my room as well as water retained inside a wall as well as my wife went to the hospital because of so many roaches in the roomgerms
t right in front of the manager in the guy continue to work there for supper years the same guy that sprays water underneath people's door because their rooms are not sealed correctly moisture is inside of each and every room so bad if there's black mold on several rooms I have photos of it I have also called channel 9 news nothing is being done about this lady this Miss Diane L just wants to make profit she does not care about the health concerns for this place she continues to rent out rooms in building one hand building to two buildings that are known to have black mold she just fixes the exterior covers it up and doesn't care about who gets hurt my wife was one victim she went to the hospital for almost she jus

I would like to see this place shut down until building one at least has all the black mold out of it they need to do that by knocking it down and building a new building as the beams the wooden structure is moist in attracting bugs no matter what they do to the outside as well as all the drywall needs to be replaced with waterproof durock
Mr. was a guest of our hotel for two years. During that time, he never contacted the Front Desk to discuss the issues mentioned in his complaint. During his stay, Mr. consistently refused to allow our staff into his room for routine housekeeping or maintenance. Mr. left our hotel at the onset of our ongoing "deep cleaning" processes because he did not want staff in his room doing the work.
Since his departure, Mr. has chosen to retaliate against the hotel for situations never mentioned during his two year stay. Most recently he was told to leave our property, as he is no longer our guest, and we regret that Mr. felt it necessary to lodge a baseless complaint.
Room*** michael s*** worst place ever 2years of health probelms ,staff cursing and saying names at me while.manager watches ,I see albino roaches means theres over a million minimum stay away the moist wood in the buildings are attractiveness to water bugs(palmeto roaches) theyll blame you and kick you out like they did others here so complaining is risky wish to have channel shut it down health wise so dangerous
Mr. S has been a guest of our hotel for two years. During that time, he has never contacted the Front Desk to discuss a pest issue in his room. We contract with Orkin who are on our property weekly to do pest maintenance and Mr. S has been provided that service on days his building is scheduled.
Mr. S consistently refuses to allow our staff into his room for routine housekeeping, maintenance, and our ongoing "deep cleaning" process now in progress. Mr. S is rude to the staff who are here to assist him in any way possible. We are committed to providing our guests a wonderful stay and Mr. S is welcome to come to the Front Desk for help with any issue that arises.
