Dispute Resolution Team, I received your most recent correspondence regarding this complaint on September 10, I immediately tried to contact the customer via telephone again He did not answer, so I left him a message to please call me so we could rectify this situation I did not receive a call back from him [redacted] ***, our sales manager also called with no answer I then left a message with the Revdex.com to seek council on how to deal with this issue and received a return call yesterday from a Revdex.com representative As you know, Homesulate has never had a customer complaint filed We work very hard to keep our customers happy To my knowledge, we have never had an upset customer We have tried to contact the customer numerous times and stand ready to address this issue, we simply need the customer to return our call so that we can proceed We need access to the house to evaluate the problem and provide a solution We desire to make this customer happy Thank you,

From: [redacted] Sent: Friday, August 08, 12:PMTo: drteamCc: [redacted] ***Subject: Revdex.com Case # [redacted] Dipute Resolution Team, I just received a complaint letter regarding the above referenced case I have enclosed a copy of the only e-mail correspondence that we have received from the customer I personally responded to his e-mail to which he has yet to respond back He left a voicemail at 5:PM on August 1st for our Sales Director, [redacted] *** either called him back that evening or the next morning to discuss his concerns and left him a voicemail We have yet to hear back from the customer The customer mentioned in his voicemail that he had just returned home after being gone for a week and a half If that is the case and he had not been running his A/C unit the entire time or had it running less than then there very well could be an odor such as any other home improvement product such as paint, carpet etc Our product is a green product that is not harmful in any way We have just tried to contact the customer again We left a voicemail We stand ready to rectify the situation As you can see, we have been very responsive We are simply waiting to hear back from the customer Thank you, [redacted] President Homesulate, LLC [redacted]

I live off of *** *** in Katy, TX and had Homesulate install foam on the outside of my home for noise reductionThe foam has done nothing to reduce the traffic noiseThis procedure is not only expensive and does not work for noise reductionAlso, now I have been left with having to repaint my home's exterior (another expense incurred because of the foam installation)I was told there would be a few holes in my hardy plank but was left with holes every few inches on three different levels This has been a very disappointing experience which cost me over $plus the cost of having to repaint my home that is only three years old

Before I filed a complaint to the Revdex.com I tried to contact *** *** and sent an email to the companyIt was several days before I received a replyI will not allow their representative to enter my homeI have a jobWhen I am in a meeting at my job I am not allowed to answer the phone.
