Please read the complaint, then read the response from the company
First: This is the first time some 3rd party has EVER been mentioned in the months that I’ve been wrangling with them over payment Every single dealing I’ve had with them was through [email protected] (which is how all the Pet Butler websites tell you to do it), and in every dealing with them, they said they were going to pay meThey never said “someone else will pay you, email them” They’re only doing that now because it deflects away this Revdex.com complaintThis is 100% disingenuous, and it’s the sort of thing you should protect me from
Second: Boy, did their tactic workThey responded with “nope, not us” and you *instantly* closed the complaint.
I have plenty of documentation that I was dealing with the very people I complained aboutThere is no justification for telling me there was no interaction with them to justify the complaintPlease re-open the complaint, and please assist me in resolving the issue At the end, most of the interaction with the company was via phone (where I called them every week or two to say “nope, I still haven’t gotten the check” and they said “we’ll get one right out to you, let us know if you don’t get it”, repeat endlessly) … but here is the email interaction prior to that Nowhere do they say I should be dealing with a 3rd party:

Mr. [redacted] and the franchise owner, Mr. S[redacted] talked on the phone and a new check was sent out.  That check was cashed by Mr. [redacted].  I have attached it to this message.  As previously explained, HomeTask is the franchisor and the billing is direct with each location.   Mr. [redacted] has received his refund from that location.  The claim should be closed.

You sent this complaint to HomeTask, the franchisor for Pet Butler.  While we own the brand, the billing is direct with each location, so each location is responsible for their own refunds.
