This lady is total crook. Lived in her house for a year and upon leaving and giving notice she kept our deposit and made a huge list of "broken/cleanup" that totaled to more than $2000 and she sent out a letter with out even deducting the money she had already kept from us out of the deposit. Do not rent from these people.
