Mrs*** *** claims that our window glass failed and she is having mold and moisture between the glass panes, Hometech Windows and doors guarantees all glass units for a period of years from date of installationHowever, if the window is showing condensation inside the house these is a accordance when it comes to high efficiency windows, and can only be controlled with reducing the humidity level inside the house, when Mrs*** was told by Hometech technician to reduce her level of humidity, she said no due to her hardwood floors that need high levels of moistureHometech Windows and Doors technician made numerous service trips to Mrs***’s house, and did not find anything wrong with the windows, except luck of basic maintenance such as cleaning the windows, the black marks showing on the pictures provided to us by Mrs*** show water accumulation and dirt, not mold! Mold cannot grow on vinyl windows because mold only grows on organic surfaces, vinyl is not an organic surface.Hometech Windows and Doors warrantees all windows, and will repair or replace any failed window sold and installed by our company, However this case is not a valid claim because the windows did not fail, customer should simply clean her windows, and control the level of humidity in her house. Hometech windows and doors stands behind the quality of all product we supply, the original paint job of the doors was not up to our standards and was sent  back for repainting, I understand the frustration of the client, and the fact that he's been waiting for these doors since March, as...

I understand the client refuses accept installation the doors after they have been repainted and passed our quality assurance. Hometech windows and doors are willing to remake all new doors for clients satisfaction within an additional 8 weeks lead time, only if the balance owing is paid in full immediately. [redacted] Hometech windows and doors feels that the client does not act in good faith and will not continue any work without a full payment upfront.  Hometech windows and doors will not consider refunding the original down payment of $9500.00 dollars as the doors ordered where manufactured and ready for install within the 12 weeks agreed timeline, Hometech windows and doors believed that the product offered was acceptable to Hometech Standards.

Hometech Windows and Doors addressed this customers complaint numerous times, the is no problem with the windows, however there is an extensive humidity issue within the house, the customer claims that she cannot lower the house humidity due to her hardwood floors. Glass will always show a trace of...

condensation if the humidity level is high. After visiting the clients house on multiple occasions, we did not find any fault with windows, simply need to lower humidity.

I am rejecting this response because:Dave does not know what he's talking about!!!They never came out numerous times , this is an out right lie and he knows it !!Do a little more research on mold it will grow anywhere, as too your windows they are not sealing properly.... Read the report from from our home inspector and get the real report !I have another window in our living room with a broken seal, what caused this Dave?? Dirt ?? The pictures are not showing dirt they're showing mold , clean your own backyard up before you start blaming other people for poor quality products !!!!

I am rejecting this response because: I have told the owner over the phone NUMEROUS times that I was quoted $19000 for these 6 CUSTOM doors ($3300 each door) and have to put down a deposit of $9500. He ask me to pick out the colours of these doors the day we signed the contract and explained that I will be very happy with the order and these doors will comes POWDER COATED straight from the factory not painted. I hope they do realized the differences between POWDER COATED and PAINTED. I did not give them the permission to have them sanded down and REPAINTED. And Hometech never ever offer to have these doors reorder(Have email to prove). Even now they are willing to reorder new doors for me ever since Revdex.com is involved with refund process, I have no good faith with this company and will not wait another 8 weeks for them. They screwed up, they trying to cover up their end of things and they expect to have full payments??? when doors is not even order. They expect me to put more money down when im already having problems getting my $9500 back.[redacted] After all these screw ups with my [redacted] 6 custom doors, I lost faith with hometech and the way they handle business and lack of customer service. [redacted] a Termination letter was wrote to him regarding the 6 doors after I read the buyers right so he can have them in writing and have him to refund my $9500 back. Hopefully this email explains all the confussions from Hometech side of story they make. Im hoping this can be resolve as soon as possible.   Sincerely,
