The installation was very satisfactory with me at first. Several days later I looked out of the bathroom window and noticed a skinned place on the back porch screen and the rubber that holds it together, flopping around. Obviously the tear was done by the window while being removed
or while the new one was being installed. The area of the tear is not in an area of normal human contact. There is an area of the molding on the new window on the bathroom that is not back against the wall as it was before installation of the new window. There is a similar problem of molding not fitted as it was on the kitchen window before installation of the new window. I informed Mr. of the problems 3 or 4 times and he promised to personally come by and fix the problem The next morning.
Each time he promised to come by I postponed my schedule and stayed home to be there when he said he was coming. He said he came by the last time I reminded him that he did not come. So far my opinion is that he has no intention of coming.

Desired Outcome

Repair I would like for the repairs be done as promised as soon as possible. I can not ask any body else to do it because I will have to pay them. I can not do it myself because I do not know how and I am 76 years old and disabled.

I have found that the owner has been very ill. sorry I did not know that when I filed the complaint. please remove my complaint from your records.

I purchased windows and had them installed by HomeTech in January/February 2017. They have a life time replacement warranty on them and one of the windows has a defective crack that needs to be replaced. We have been contacting Hometech for months and *** keeps saying that he is ordering the window but we have yet to get this resolved a year later.

Broken sash was reordered and it was delivered and installed. Also ordered replacement screen and will deliver and install at no charge.

Sorry I can not get to the Revdex.com website. This matter is not resolved. We are still waiting for our screen which they claimed they ordered, they also stopped communicating with us.

The broken glass was replaced just as the customer ask.,our company also got the customer a new screen, damaged by the customer, at no charge.
Everything the customer requested has been taken care of by our company.

Very good text responses in the beginning from (Mark W) company. My initial ($2216.97) deposit was deducted from my checking account on 1-17-2018. Mark said it will take about 2 weeks for the windows to arrive. Cool, no problem. Installer shows up 2-13-2018 to install windows. Still, no problem. However, we originally ordered the double hung with "clear bottoms and design at top." We received windows with the design on the top AND the bottoms. Little disappointed, but still NO problem and the windows still look great. NOW, the problem is...the installer is (4) windows short on my order and will alert (Mark W) the owner. I text Mark and he told me that my remaining windows will be there within a couple of days. A new installer shows up 2-21-2018 WITH ONLY (2) windows. one window had a broken screen in which Mark and installer said they will replace after they come back AGAIN!! Earlier on this same (2-21-2018) day, HomeTech Inc (Mark W) has debited my checking account for the final remaining balance of $2216.97. (I know, I know. I should have paid cash and NOT with my bank account) Yet Still, my order is incomplete. NOW, HERE WE ARE TODAY....STILL WAITING, WAITING, WAITING on my last (2) remaining windows. TODAY IS APRIL 6TH, 2018. I've spent a total of $4433.94 and my order is still incomplete!! Every time I reach out to the owner, I'm told that the windows should be at the office and that we should receive them soon.

My Wife and I are extremely unhappy at this point and intend to follow up
to the full extent of the law to resolve.

Bottom Line: Our full balance has been paid and we just simply want our remaining (2) windows and (1) screen installed.
