I finally spoke with Matt W[redacted] of Hometown Advantage in Feb. 2015 after leaving him several voice mails and emails over a span of several months asking for him to refund $298 for an advertising package which he never produced. He agreed to begin making payments to me and asked that I not file a complaint. He sent me 1 payment of $10 in May 2015 and I have not received any further payments from him.I paid Mr. W[redacted] in full up front for an advertising package in May 2014. He has had my money for 19 months and honestly I see no need to discuss the matter with him any further. What is left to be done is for him to pay me back for a service that I never received because he never produced it.
