[redacted]'s description of the events appears to be accurate. We had
numerous issues with regard to the original
installation
Below list from Mr[redacted] that we received some time ago listing the discrepancies:
Door
1. Doorbell
was rendered unusable during installation(Covered up wires on outside)
2. Screw-hole

sill weather stripping is held on with tapeIt constantly has to be
re-secured. Light shows between

trim between sill and tile floor
Window: Picture window needs replacing(Center pane in kitchen bay
window.Outside trim should be black(May be replaced during
replacement of center pane.) Scratches on outside trim around both casement windows –
solution is paint(May be handled if other trim is being painted.)Our Installation manager, John [redacted] is scheduled to confirm the issues at hand today, Friday October 2, 2015, and our crews is scheduled to remedy the above mentioned issues on Monday, October 5, 2015.While much time has passed since these issues were reported, it takes considerable time for the parts needed to arrive at our facility.Bob [redacted], Vice President[redacted]

We have reached out to Mr. & Mrs. Greene to take the appropriate corrective action.  The customer is clearly justified in their dissatisfaction.  One of of installation crews utilized an unsanctioned and unauthorized installation technique to install the Greene's windows.  This...

technique left exposed screws on the interior of the home that greatly detracts from the finished appearance.  To correct the issue properly we at Renewal by Andersen of Houston must re-order all four of the windows that were originally installed, and install the newly manufactured units utilizing the approved factory installation techniques.  Renewal by Andersen of Houston will absorb 100% of the costs associated with this corrective action.  We apologize for any inconvenience and are appreciative of the opportunity to make things right for our valued customer. Bob [redacted], Vice PresidentRenewal by Andersen of Houston
