This consumer spoke down to me and as a business owner, I do not have to accept this type of attitude from customers. I did reclean his shirts and there was nothing wrong with them when they were picked up

I am rejecting this response because:The shirts were re cleaned
but the stains were not removed from the shirtsTwo people stated that the stains were not removed and the business owner was making it seem like he could not see the stains which upset me as a consumerI gave the owner the opportunity to fix his mistake and he didn't and didn't take ownership of itI would like the stains removed from both shirts or the shirts replaced
