In January I had concrete removed and replaced in my driveway.In June it started cracking bad so I sent a picture of it to the contractor and told him there where squares moving up and down when driving over it and he said it's not his fault and for me to contact Miles Sand and gravel the cement company and tell them it was cement failureMiles had [redacted] Control Manager get a hold of me and he came over the next day [redacted] looked at the cracking which he stated it wasn't cracking and I told him of the cement moving up and down when car goes over it,so he jumped up and down on the part of the concrete and he could see it move and he stated it wasn't compacted enough.I also showed [redacted] the delivery tickets of the two cement trucks which shows everything in the cement at delivery,and it also shows how much water that was added at the job site at the request of the contractor[redacted] stated that watered down concrete has less strength than the concrete that was delivered and

To Whom, I Larry M [redacted] am responding to complaint ID # [redacted] ( [redacted] ) [redacted] His complaint said I cracked his concreteFirst off we dont warrenty his concrete it says that on the front of the invoice in "red." I didnt buy the concrete he did, I just applied it, we preped the subgrade by placing rock and compacting area, we did everything we were asked to do for our scope of work, we took no money until job was completed, he saw the disclaimer on front of his invoice regarding concrete we just pour it we cannot take responsiability for the cracks in the product he providedeAccording to States Attorney General and our lawyers this stamp (disclaimer is sufficient) to notify customerI suggest to [redacted] he should go to his concrete provider and ask them to accept responsiability, they provided his concrete

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The cement company stated that the extra water added to the delivered cement by Larry and the moving panels from unstable gravel that you put down and wasn't compacted enough caused this problem!!!!Sincerely,[redacted]
