Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below For one my [redacted] did not talk to her on the phone I did and at no time did she say she could not do it all she said was she was going to Arizona for Christmas and would be back in two weeks, when I originally called her the first question was if her cowas capable of cleaning a TAN natural Leather coat made out of Elk Hide and she said yes, two weeks after we dropped it off my [redacted] called and she said she had not got to it yet, so we gave her two weeks more and went to pick the coat up, when I got the coat home and looking at the coat you could see that she never tried to clean it, as I told her on the phone a drop of water puts a spot on it and the oils around the collar also stained, any chemical as she claims she used would have put more of a stain on it, which there were no more new stains on the coat from when I dropped it off so that is why I took the pictures of it, before and after, she is just trying to collect money for not doing anything to the coat, she is trying to say that the chemicals she used don't leave any residue, which I don't believe Regards, [redacted]

As you can see by the pictures the coat is TAN in color it was made from an ELK HIDE which she was told when dropped off, there were no signs of her trying to clean the spots, I have before and after pictures to prove that she did not even touch or try to clean the coat, and as I said before she even put one of her markers over the warning label that it should not be cleaned other than a Professional Leather cleaner which over the phone she said she was, or I would have never have taken it to her, and her statement of the coat being Gray means she ruined another coat for someone else

The phone interview information was wrong. In reply I said, when the coat was brought in , I told the customer being a light hide would be difficult to spot and not effect the color (beige) but that I would do the best I can. When she returned to pick it up I asked if she could leave it a little longer so I could run it again, which she agreed to and I did it again. I do not and cannot guarantee that I can get every spot out. Received the following response from the owner via phone: Spoke with owner she indicated that she informed the customer that she could only do a lite spot check the jacket because it could effect the color which was a lite gray.  She indicted that she performed the spot check it twice and that...

the jacket looked better than when the customer brought it in.  There is nothing else she can do to assist this customer.
