Top down is a serious problem.
management is awful.
I gave them multiple chances. My Account Executive, Michael Kama is absolutely uninvolved and non-responsive and lies to cover, like ols-school broker AE's in early 2000's, to buy time and get one more deal. Upper management is useless to us and uninvolved. I guess they are at golf course frequently
This company is the parent company of "The Lender" in California. The Lender calls my cell phone and tries to solicit me for loans. I have contacted BOTH companies regarding this and have not gotten a response. My cell phone has been registered on the national do not call registry since April 2006. I have a very lengthy voicemail saved for the one call which I did not answer.
The complaint requested a call from a corporate officer to settle the matter. An officer called and spoke with *** regarding the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:
We did not reach any agreement. Given the extensive documentation I have regarding these calls and the multiple saved voicemails as well as phone records I would think they would be eager to resolve the matter. I have the same exact messages left several time - you can hear the person pausing in the same spots, fumbling over the same exact words (its clear from the 3 identical voicemails these are pre recorded messages). These blatantly violate TCPA regulations, there is absolutely no question about it and I intend to continue to pursue the matter until it is actually resolved.
