Take that complaint off this was taken care of throughout Corporate lawyer.what the client is saying is not truehes claiming that Hometown Flooring misinstalled a toilet .the job was installed on 9/2/and months later the toilet leaked and caused the damageClearly that wasn’t our fault a
toilet doesn’t start leaking months laterWe contacted their representative and told them we had insurance at the time And still This will be handled in the legal channels .my lawyer will contact the client and take the proper legal channels

I object to what Hometown Flooring's response included*** ***'s subregation department told me they received no reply from its attempts to contact Hometown Flooring and that they found out that Hometown Flooring was not insured. *** *** wanted the money they were out for this episodeI do not see the insurance company giving up or lying to me that they received no response from the business at issue, Hometown Flooring.Also, my plumber stated unequivocally that there was nothing wrong with the toilet--except for the OLD WAX RING Hometown Flooring is not backing up their claim that their workmanship Was for life! Did Hometown Flooring put in a new wax ring?My insurance company's subregation department said no contact could be made with Hometown Flooring. Did Hometown Flooring put a new wax ring in?

I received a letter from *** *** *** *** that gave me information that I did not have previously haveThis is the first time I have read that Hometown Flooring has alleged that they replaced the wax ring on my toilet. I must objectively protest that claimMy plumber and his manager both agree the wax ring was not less than year oldThe plumber said he saw nothing wrong with the toiletHe attests there was nothing wrong with the toilet that the wax ring was the sole cause of damage. Ms*** "claims any number of intervening factorS could have caused the toilet to leak and caused the damage." Please elaborate Ms***My plumber says it was the wax ring failingIs there a receipt for the wax ring?Clearly, the wax ring was not replaced or incorrectly installedwax rings last more than years and I have seen claims of "lifetime" guarantees of wax rings. If I receive legitimate "intervening factors" I will run it past the plumber who fixed Hometown Flooring's mess and see if it was/are possible in his opinion. Rich ***

Please be advised that your file should also reflect that the owner of Hometown Flooring, Inc, Mr. Michael [redacted], sent a response to Mr. [redacted]’s complaint on February 22, 2018, a copy of which I am herewith attaching for your convenience. I am also enclosing a copy of my letter to [redacted] with regards to this claim, which clearly sets forth my client’s position as to this alleged leak that Mr. [redacted] allegedly claims caused damage to his property. As I stated in my letter to [redacted], and I quote “Clearly, any number of intervening factors could have caused the toilet to leak and caused the damage from September 2016 to May 2017. Therefore, my client’s position is that he is not responsible for any alleged damages to Mr. [redacted]’s property that occurred on May 13, 2017.” Mr. Michael [redacted]’s letter of February 22, 2018 along with my letter of September 10, 2017 to [redacted], this matter should be resolved. The bottom line here is that Hometown Flooring put in a new wax ring in the toilet; accordingly, and my client is not responsible for any alleged damages to Mr. [redacted]’s property. Suffice it to say, there is no reason why this issue should be continuing any further, and the undersigned would request that Revdex.com note in its file that this issue is resolved and the case closed. We had to have put floors replaced due to flooding last year. Unfortunately I would never use not recommend this company ever again! We didn't realize at the time because they put furniture back in they ripped a huge chunk in new floor where Freezer sits. They covered up and we found it months later when cleaning under it. Another thing all the floor in kitchen and laundry room he pushed us to buy is crap! It's peeling up and looks horrible. Not even a year and it looks like it needs to be redone by a professional! I am so upset and disappointed. Such a waste of time having insurance pay to have it fixed to have someone put crap in and even tear it up and hide it!!

IT WAS A NIGHTMARE WITH MIKE THE OWNER!!! HE INSTALLED DURA CERAMIC TILE IN OUR HOME . BAD JOB GROUT LINES WERE CROCKED
DID NOT ORDER ENOUGH TILE . HAD TO CALL MENARDS FOR MORE TILE
