We had to have put floors replaced due to flooding last yearUnfortunately I would never use not recommend this company ever again! We didn't realize at the time because they put furniture back in they ripped a huge chunk in new floor where Freezer sitsThey covered up and we found it months later when cleaning under itAnother thing all the floor in kitchen and laundry room he pushed us to buy is crap! It's peeling up and looks horribleNot even a year and it looks like it needs to be redone by a professional! I am so upset and disappointedSuch a waste of time having insurance pay to have it fixed to have someone put crap in and even tear it up and hide it!!

Another wonderful experience with Hometown FlooringI contacted *** and told him I wanted to replace the current vinyl flooring in my large ekitchen and guest bathI wanted to replace the flooring but did not want to put a lot of money into it*** came out to my home within a day or so, took measurements and then gave me suggestionsHe also gave me an estimate for the job I decided on doing another vinyl floorI went to his business and looked at samplesThe vinyl flooring available today is not your grandmother’s vinyl! The quality and thickness of the samples he showed me were greatI could not find a design I really wanted so he called the manufacturerThey told him that they were coming out with a new line and would drop off these new samples*** had these new samples dropped off at my home!
My husband and I laid the samples we liked on the floor until we decided on oneWe called the office with the sample name and within a day we were given our quoteThe quote included moving the stove and fridge, the flooring, toe molding, molding under the cabinets, labor as well as things I might be forgettingWe arranged a day at the end of the week to have it installedThe office kept in touch with me concerning the delivery of the flooring and what time the installers would show up*** and *** came Saturday morning and got right to workThey did everything *** and I agreed onThey did an excellent job cleaning up before and after the jobThey were both friendly and professionalThe flooring is beautiful! It was installed perfectly and we had no follow up issues*** stayed in touch with me to ensure I was happy with the outcomeI certainly am!
We have used Hometown Flooring once before so we didn’t even shop aroundI know we would not have gotten the personal touch from a big box storeI can definitely recommend Hometown Flooring for your next floor replacementThanks ***!!
