I am rejecting this response because: although they have rectified some issues since the complaint, the work is still not complete, we have not been able to show management the deficiencies in the work done, nor have we been able to discuss billing issuesWe will consider the matter resolved when the work is complete and we have a detailed, agreed-upon accounting of what we have paid and what is still dueProgress has been made, but the issue is not resolved.

On Thursday I emailed, called and left a message with Dr. [redacted] in reference to her prior phone call to our office.  In the message and email the following was stated: "We will cancel your contract at no cost to you as of today.  I left you a message on your cell phone regarding...

this.If you decide to graciously allow us to replace the Cellular Device at no charge to you, we will be glad to do that!If we can be of service in the future, please let me know." As of today, Dr. [redacted] has not responded back from my message or email. The events that transpired on Dr. [redacted]' account was not the normal communication from our office.
