that on one occasion, he reached the customer, who stated that he'd need to call him back, but the customer did not call back.The store owner/manager stated that the store would never intentionally advertise special offers for products that were not in stock.  It is possible that an advertised special would result in a product selling out, but we strive to have an adequate supply of any product that is advertised. We also try to maintain a clean store at all times.The owner/manager indicated that he was sorry if the customer had a less than satisfactory experience and that his goal is for all customers to be fully satisfied with their shopping experience.
