I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is still in limboIl feel that the work could have been completed last yearThe workers did come to work in September, but only worked one or two days a weekMy property is still in a state of disrepair and is an eyesore to the neighborhood. I was in contact with MrM*** on February3rd and he then assured me that work will commence as soon as possible..I'll wait to see what happensAs he stated I have been a loyal customer for years and I am disappointed that I was treated in this manner

Review: Tom M[redacted] Who runs Hometown Landscaping, entered into a contract with me a year and a half ago to construct a retaining wall in my backyard. Our agreement was for him to install a French drain in the backyard to handle the excess water. (he was paid to do it). We agreed to hold off to see how wet the yard would be after the wall was in for a while. If it didn't need the drain he would instead supply and plant a mature tree in the yard to make up for it. He called this summer to ask what I thought about the drain and I said it should be done since the yard puddles up with water. He promised to come back to do and has not done so. I figured I would write the Revdex.com prior to filing a civil complaint with the local magistrate.Desired Settlement: I have received several estimates to finish what Tom was going to do. They range from $900-$1100. I would like him to complete or refund the amount it will take to have someone else to do
