advertised themselves as being a legitimate branch of the Boca Academy in Argentina but I highly doubt that is the case, which would be fraudulent advertising. Many parents are paying top dollar every year on the basis that this academy is a legitimate Boca academy from Argentina. The tryouts were hosted on November 12th and was on turf field - Outdoor field- Ironbound RecCenterStCharles Street, Newark, NJ, 07105.The document that he is showing is not related to the actual winter program, is related to the tryout session to get access to the winter program.What this
person is explaining is not accurate because on the schedule handed to everyone at the that tryout, we notify notify the address, kind of surface(*** and schedule AccordinglyThe surface of the winter program never was turfIt's located at *** *** *** *** **? and it's a futsal floor(very well known).? We did offer the person the credit to use in the future programs(only as a good as a demonstration of good faith) because we only accept a few players for our limited space and when we got the notification from him was too late to get a new player on board.As you can image is New Jersey during winter is not possible to have a winter season outdoors for obvious reasons; and this person is arguing "they said" and is not real.We presented the contract signed by him to the bank because of the dispute he presented and The bank gave us the argument in our favorOur terms and conditions are very strict and everyone need to accept them when they signup and this person did

I went through the details the merchant has providedFirst of all I never mentioned that the screenshot provided was for actual winter trainingThe reason to provide a screenshot was that the tryout was on turf and this is sports practice whatever surface you use for training, the same surface you use for tryouts to give a fair chance to participantsAlso when a club mention a soccer training that is on turf or grass surface not on FutsalThough there are many similarities between both sports but still both consider different sports and have different leaguesNow the statement club made that schedule handed to everyone at tryout is not correct1st time this schedule (which I attached here) was sent by club via email with subject "Boca Juniors: Welcome to the Winter season 2016/2017" on 11/**/@ 2:PMI have that email with me and I responded right after receiving that email to confirm that what kind of surface club will use? In fact one of the club representative named Diego apologize for this miscommunication (please see the attached email)The document "Schedule" was never handed at the time of tryoutIf club proves it, I will take my complaint back.? Now club mention that its a well known place that the address has a futsal floor not a turf fieldWith due respect, may be that's a well known fact for local residents but not for us who are coming from miles away to have an academy level training on proper soccer turf surfaceThe club never offered me any kind of credit in the future programs, if they have it please ask them to provide some evidenceIn fact as soon as I sent an email to make a request for credit, the club stop respondingNow finally club mention that club presented the contract signed to the bank and the bank issued them creditThat contract does not mention about the surface to be used and the reason my bank issued credit was just because due to bank limitations with visa they can't hold it for more than daysThe bank send me a letter dated 01/**/had post date 01/**/and need my response by 01/**/Unfortunately I received that letter on 01/**/as there was long weekend (Martin Luther King Day on 01/**/2017) between these days periodI also attached that bank letter in reference and someone easily judge that the time frame was provided was not realisticThe bank acknowledge their process failure but not in a position to reopen that dispute or give me an opportunity to prove my case.Thanks,*** ***In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
