Review: Heart Attack, Unable to cancel in 48 hr time frame
I purchased a rental aggreement ($60.00) for the MN State fair for an electric scotter for Aug 30,2013.
I had a heart attack on Aug 27 and was unable to cancel until 11:00 am on Aug 29, 2013. I called to cancel and was told that I must cancel within 48 hours. I was in the hospital an unable to call so I feel that their policy is discrimatory against medical emergencies.Desired Settlement: I just want my $60.00 refunded and maybe change their policy for emergency situations.
