I had no idea Ms [redacted] was unhappy with her purchase.I spoke with the service manager at Fred Mueller's and he is in the process of repairing Ms ***'s vehicle.I incorrectly listed the warranty expiration date on the paperwork at 11-08-expiration, when the actual expiration is 10-21-I spoke with Brian Rosewicz the service manager at Fred Mueller on 10-10-2016, and he said he would extent the coverage until 11-08-to make the customer happy.I spoke with Ms [redacted] on 10-10-and told her I would speak with the service department at Fred Mueller to find out the status of her vehicleI also told her I would be more than happy to trade her out of the vehicle into another car if that would make her happy.I am waiting to hear from Brian Rosewicz at Fred Mueller to find out more about Ms ***'s vehicleThe service manager told me that any repairs done covered by the warranty would come with an additional month 12,mile warranty from GM.I plan to follow up with both the customer and service manager to rectify the problem.It is important to me that we have satisfied customers
