I am rejecting this response because: [redacted] was my doctor and I specifically called him and told him the equipment had shut off. He told me to put the camera away in the bag so it couldn't be damaged, so I know it didn't record that long either... I also let him...

know that two of the leads on my head had come off and he said that no one was available to come put them back on so we would just have to make do with what they had. It is apparent that the company is not going to admit to any of this and it amounts to my word against theirs. I just made another attempt to contact the office today. No one answered. If I am expected to pay this unbelievably large bill, someone is going to have to contact me from the office for payment arrangements because I can't seem to get a hold of any of the people they claim to have answering the phones.
