I had a new roof put on in 8/31/2012, within the first year I had a huge leak, water coming thru the ceiling into the house (near electrical outlets) , I called *** from overdeck roofing told him of the problem, he came out did a quick patch over the vent he installed when my roof was done, said that should take care of the problem, well we didn't get much rain (drought) now with all the rain the same leak is back, near electrical outlet, it is ruining the drywall in my ceilingIn February I started making phone calls to overdeck roofing, with no response, I was finally able to reach him the 22nd of March 2017, he came out and looked at the problem that day and made arrangements to come out on the 8/23/2017, I waited all day, finally at 6pm I made a phone call to *** to make sure he was still coming out, very frustrated he exclaimed he that he all the equipment he needed for the job in his truck and would be out as soon as he could tonight, well, he never showed, never a phone call
