Hello my name is [redacted] and I was trying to respond to the offer made to my from Hometown Reality and my rebuttal some how got erased. I wanted to know how I can go back and add it?
   We were charged $ 200.00 for the landlord to clean the carpet when there was really nothing for them to clean. The carpet been down in the rental property for over ten years (the carpet was there when Daniel purchased the home) verified by landlord (Danial))and his brother before we moved. The carpet was half way cleaned when we moved in.
 The carpet was cleaned the day after we moved out by the landlord and his girlfriend.

Review: My husband and I was taking advantage of we were beat out of our security deposite.We urge all indivauls dealing with this conpany to please take pictures of the properties you rent, buy, or sale. Agents pretend to be loyal and honest.they put on a front make you trust them only to have them turn on you when you are waiting on your refund check.I was heartbroken to find out that we was charge for cleaning of a carpet the had been down over ten years that did not have much wear and tear during the time we rented. We cleaned the house top to bottom recieved complements from owner and agent about how well maintained and how clean the place was the day we moved out only to receive notice 40 days after we moved that we was being charged 845 out of 1200 sd in repairs.Its a crime and they need to be investagated. I have someone tell such lies is hurtful and evil and I will not stop until I know that I have saved another family for this crime. Normally I cover all basis but after recenty fall ill had so much going on I failed to cover us with pictures and I strongly believe the agent we dealt with used that to his advantage. A crime was committed and I am out to warn every and any one I canDesired Settlement: I would like my security deposited of 1200.00 refunded for more then just 355.
