Talked with Mr***.....does not owe MsMoxley any reimbursement

On April 8,late afternoon,Ms.*** called our facility expressing concern about her vehicle
I conveyed to her it was important that we inspect the vehicle so I can ensure her safety. She was adamant that we had not performed the service properly and that someone had told her we did not.She
told me that it was never right from the first day.I asked her why she did not call sooner. She told me that the weather was bad and she did not drive far due to conditions
I asked her to come in the morning and we would check it out.She showed up in the morning and after a brief conversation she told me that she did not want us touching her vehicle. All she wanted was her money back.I told her once again that I need to have the chance to remedy the situation, and was willing to but she declined.I told her that her safety was my concern and I saw we were going nowhere.I then ended the conversation and she threatened to sue Hometown

Talked with ***...said service was over two years ago Warranties now expired

I was informed by Mr [redacted] from AAA that Ms [redacted] had filed a complaint with AAA.Mr [redacted] did an investigation of the said complaint.
His findings were that Ms [redacted] had already had the repairs performed at [redacted] in Whitehall. He spoke with the manager named [redacted] He conveyed that he did not see any conditions that would indicate there were quality issue with the previous repairs.( hometown service center) as Ms [redacted] had accused our facilty of doing wrong.
I consider this case closed on behalf of Hometown Service Center Inc.

There
were no warranties involved as the actual service was faulty.   (The parts
deemed substandard at the Honda shop were stored there for just over a year, at
Mr. [redacted] request, as he indicated to them that he wanted them.  When he hadn’t retrieved the parts after one
year, Honda finally discarded them).
I originally initiated a dispute of
these charges 2 years ago, but was not able to follow through until recently
due to having had a health crisis beginning in late 2012.  Having come
through that, I have pursued closing this issue.
These facts remain:  Hometown Service Center provided no proof to
me or to Honda that the work they did on my vehicle was actually what was
needed and there is not a way to disprove that completely either; three days
after the work done on my vehicle at Hometown Service Center my vehicle became
inoperable again; the subsequent options offered by them were replacement of
heads or engine at a cost of an additional $2400 to me;  my concern that these extreme resolutions could
not be warranted was confirmed by the Honda provider and they found damage to
the heads that could only have happened with the initial work done (the Honda invoices indicate all that had to be done);  Mr. [redacted] verbally admitted to me that he
did not have the heads checked by his contracted expert  with the initial work done, as would be standard.
I understand that this company will not agree to resolve this with any financial reimbursement.  So I do want for this to remain on
record as an unsatisfactory service and that this provider became adversarial immediately upon my reporting to them what the Honda shop found.
Regards,
Susan Moxley

If he was concerned about my safety , he should had checked the car after, other than himself had worked on my car.I'm including the pictures. I only want my money back.Thanks.

It has been almost two years since we have seen or heard from [redacted],or her vehicle. We bear no responsibility. We responded to her concerns, and Hometown Service Center Inc considers this matter closed.

I am rejecting this response because:  the services performed were not what the vehicle...

needed, further damage was done in the process, and additional cost to me incurred.  If the business wants not to provide any financial settlement  I accept that.  But I do want this matter to be listed with the Revdex.com as an unresolved issue.
