We just had Hometown remove our old oil burner and wood boiler and install a new oil boiler The install was great Very neat and we had hot water the same day even though they were shipped the wrong parts by the wholesaler So far I couldn't be happier with my now boiler Plenty of hot water for a shower with hot water to spare The owner texted me to let me know they were done and encouraged me to contact him if I had any concerns Their estimator Kyle is very knowledgable and has great people skills I definitely would recommend Hometime Heating for your heating needs

I have a service contract. I have no hot water on Sunday. They said it was not an emergency and would come on Monday.I have a service contract with Hometown Heating. On Sunday 5/19/13 at 6:30 AM I realized I had no hot water. I called Hometown and got their answering service. They took the infoormation and a service person called back about 45 minutes later. I explained the problem and answered a few questions. Bottom line was they did not consider this an "emergency" and would be out Monday to fix the problem. I explained we could not take showers, baths, or wash clothing or dishes. I said a service contract was 24/7 and they should fix it today. I asked to speak to the owners and was told they ere out of town.Desired SettlementI would like the money I paid for the service contract refund because of lack of service.Business' Initial Response Hometown Heating's service policy states 24/7 service for emergencies only. No hot water in May does not constitute an emergency. Emergencies are no heat from October 15 to April 15, Year round emergencies (24/7) include smoke/flames or water pouring out of system and flooding basement.
