Review: I purchased a bedroom set from Hometown USA Furniture at their Fairlawn Location on 5MAY. I was unable to transport all pieces of the set at one time so I took the dresser,night stand and tv stand on Monday 6May and then stored the headboard, footboard and supports and mirror at the store location until I could get it the following weekend. When I arrived on 12MAY, I was informed that a deliveryman had stepped on the footboard and broken it and they would ship me a replacement but I would be taking the remainder of the set at that time. I left them my name, number and address to ship the footboard. After about 2.5 weeks, I called again asking where it was, they said it was being processed at their warehouse to be shipped. A few weeks later, I received a call from a woman who told me that it was shipping this week. To date, I still have not received my product.Desired Settlement: I want the product that I paid for.
