My family and I stayed at hometowne suites in *** nc. These rooms were dirty bedding under the sheets were stained cuttings fifty lamp shades nasty floor dirty hallways smelled and carpet stained our toilet in bathroom was horrible customer service terrible

I have many unauthorized transactions from this company and they keep charging me. I call the manager and they say they took care of it but havent. Please help!

We arrived at this hotel for our stay once getting into our room we were disgusted by the filth of the suite we had been reserved for our stay. There was blood on our bed sheets, significant amount of snot on our pillows, black mold on the walls of the room and bathroom, chunks of what looked to be dead skin pealed off of someone all over the floor, dead bugs on the mattresses, along with significant amounts of dirt and other filth on the floors, there was pee on the seat of the toilets, black lines running down the toilets, I do not believe that this hotel has cleaned or sanitized their hotel rooms in months. This is a safety hazard for other individuals that are staying at this hotel and potential for disease transfer to many individuals with the blood they could transfer many diseases the Pee on the seats again bodily fluids transfer many diseases. This hotel needs to be reported/condemned due to the filth and unsatisfactory sanitation for hotel standards of care,they should be either forced to clean their facility or shut down before continuing to offer reservations to humans it is not fit for even my animal to stay safely in.

Stay away! Run far and fast! This place will Rob your credit card and treat you like sm! After 2 years of staying here we ran into a financial set back and asked for a little help with the rent and just needed a couple days til a direct deposit loaded on our card and was told that if we didn't have it paid by morning we would need to leave or the police would be called! So we didn't give them any issue and left that morning, a week and a half later they charged our card 377.00! Saying that we didn't give them a notice that we were leaving! I think they kinda knew when they said we had to leave or is it just me thinking the obvious!?! This place deserves negative stars if that was possible! Do yourself a favor and do not stay at this god forsaken place! They will do whatever they want to you if they don't like you! We never gave them an issue and always paid on time but run into one snag and you're done! They used the excuse of they had people see me using drugs and high as a kite in the open hallway!! Lol I don't use drugs and even if I did why in the hell would I do it right out in and open hallway when I have a room right there!?! Seems like a stretch to me but oh well I'll never recommend my worst enemy stay at this *** hole!!!

TERRIBLE place - NO TOILET PAPER!!!! - check in go to the bathroom NO TP!! sit there and decide what to do. then go to front desk ask for TP - they say they are out, and shipment coming in latter, WHAT!!!!?? go to *** and BUY IT! fine I will wipe my *** with your towels. NO trash can in room either, ask for that and also out this place is a nightmare.
