Home Union has been property managing my house in Ohio. They have not paid me any rent in 3 months. I paid up front for rehab. I made it clear they were not to do any repairs or approve any work without consulting me the owner. I have been asking for breakdowns for months. They have not explained the charges or where the rent has gone.
We are in contact with Mr. and progressing toward a resolution.
