Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:In an earlier email we already established that my address was not updatedMy distress comes with Hawaii Storage claims they called me times before auctioning off my storage unit that I paid for for two yearsAfter checking my phone records, I did find a call from Hawaii Storage, ###-###-#### on 5/6/to my Hawaii phone, [redacted] Due to more pressing health matters and having something from my home of years, I kept my same phone numberI felt sure that what happen on 5/6/was the reason I kept my numberI thanked the person from Hawaii Storage that called to let me know that my payment did not go through Then I gave another payment optionBecause I did not hear back from Hawaii Storage I felt my storage unit was safe and the new payment went throughI set up all my bills this way so I wouldn't have to worry while going through treatmentsThis is why I really appreciated the call I received from Hawaii StorageAttached is a copy of the incoming call on 5/6/ I have copies all the way to and including August I will provide these copies to you upon requestPlease send me copies of phone records showing the remaining calls made to me from Hawaii Storage phone ####-###-####, so I can let this go but, until you show me proof I will continue to feel as though Hawaii Storage dropped the ball and I am the one who lost my priceless possessions and I don't mean the material items, I mean personal keepsakes that have probably been discarded as trash Sincerely, [redacted]

[redacted] [redacted] *** Revdex.com of Honolulu, I would like to begin a complaint process on Hawaii Self Storage As you can see from the messages below, I am being fraudulently charged for occupancy of a storage unit (Unit ***) at the [redacted] location I have been told, in person, and over the phone, that they cannot give refunds I also inquired why I was charged a full month when I properly notified them that I was moving out only days into the month of June I was also charged for a full month in July and I had already moved from Hawaii and was living in Alabama Today, I received another notice I was being charged for August, and that I will have late fees assessed I have spoken to Hawaii Self Storage on numerous occasions reference this matter, and I have been more than accommodating to their process timeline But it has gone nowhere, and I have not been able to speak to a manager I called them last night, out of the blue, to check on the refund status, and to also make sure I was not going to be charged for August, and I was assured "absolutely not Mr***, you will not be charged for August, and I will look into why you were charged for July, and the status of your refunds We will call you back before 5pm (Hawaii time) today, is that ok?" I said yes, but I never got a call back I then got a charge statement today.Respectfully, [redacted] ***

With all sincerity, we empathize with your loss of personal items We have no control over what each of our tenants choose to store in their rented unit Our self storage industry applies rental charges to a tenant based on the size of the unit, and not the perceived value of items in the unit We are not in a position to discuss the value of your items that were auctioned after days of non payment since we do not take inventory of your items at any time in the self storage agreement We recommend connecting with your insurance agent It is possible that your homeowners insurance policy had provided protection for personal items stored at a self storage facility In summary, Hawaii Self Storage acknowledges the unfortunate situation and wishes that our correspondence were in a more favorable light Best wishes

I called the Budget inn at 813-785-asked about daily rate $per dayWeekly rate the clerk said is $weekly I asked her again what is the weekly rate $that includes the taxesWell there advertising on there web site says $a weekSo that's $in taxesThe state of Florida don't have taxes that highThat's Advertising all day longI'm not a customerBut I call about a reservation for family Union member

No I do not have documentation that exhibits that the business was liable unless the line on Hawaii Self Storage's home page stating "and rest easy knowing your goods are safe and secure in one of our clean, secure facilities." means anythingYou can find the complete text at www.hawaiiselfstorage.com in the welcome message on their home page

This is in response to the complaint below The response I received from the business mentioned is not acceptable to meI feel that they may have sent the letters and emails, because they did not have the correct information When I left Hawaii I did not know where I would be living and I will accept the blame for this portion But, I kept the same phone # and still have my Hawaii phone #, which they did call on 5/6/ The person I spoke with called to let me know that my payment had not gone through I had been paying them every month starting in May, I thanked her for the call and gave another payment option and thought the matter was resolvedI have my phone records that show this incoming call that lasted minutes The following months phone records show no other incoming calls from this business I feel who ever made the call to me and took the new information failed to update my payment information That's why when my friend called me to tell me what happened when he went to the business this past May, I was confused and called to find out why they showed no storage unit under my name This is when I was told that my unit had been auctioned off in August, 2016, due to days non payment That is when the business told me they made numerous calls with no response from me This unit held all my personal belongings from before I lived in Hawaii and from the years I lived in Hawaii I would not have let this happen and I feel like my memories of my life have been stolen from me and they need to be accountable because I received only one call which should have prevented this from happening I can send copies of my phone records if neededThank you for your time.*** ***Sent from my ***

My records show that I received a call from Hawaii Storage on 5/6/because my payment didn't go throughI thanked the person I spoke to and thanked her for letting me know and proceeded to give another payment optionAfter this call from Hawaii Storage I felt the non payment issue was resolvedThis was the only call I receivedHawaii Storage states they called me timesBecause of the many items from my life were stored in this unit I would have never let it goI have been in touch with an attorney who feels this is a breach of contractIf you would like copies of my phone records, I do have them, they only show the one call from Hawaii Storage on 5/6/for minutesIf you can show me records of the other calls that Hawaii Storage made to me after this date, I would like to see themI only have copies of my own records that shows only the one call on 5/6/

To start with as of August 15th 2017 The mortgage company [redacted] llc has hired a management team [redacted] LLC. to receive the properties of the Colonnade Resort and the [redacted] resort in Branson. They are foreclosing on said properties...

to remove the old owners name so we can move forward for the owners. At this time we can not deed back any properties. After said properties are updated we will try to work on getting back with trade companies.  Will recontact owner.
