Mrs [redacted] literally "expected a miracle". First, and formost, I have never ever taken advantage of anyone, especially an elderly woman confined to a wheelchair. Over the phone, she told me she had vinyl siding and that it was washed "a couple years ago by me"... First, it was 40-45 yr old... ALUMINUM siding and it definitely was NOT washed recently. Secondly, it was the first, and only time we washed for Mrs. [redacted] , and in the future, I'll never go back. For the record, we went back, went over every spot and area she mentioned. When she asked us to go up on her asphalt shingle roof to wash thick green mold off the shingles, she got agitated, when informed we have never washed shingles... I've washed her neighbor's home every year for the last FIFTEEN years... She actually referred me to Mrs [redacted] , ironically...In my opinion, and ALL DUE RESPECT TO MRS [redacted] , she had very very old, uncared for, and super oxidized (chalky) aluminum siding, and she had very unrealistic expectations. In response for my complaint ID *** that Mr*** responded to , I take great offense to his response, which none of it is true If my house were as bad as he stated his daughter & helper should have declined to homewash the house, in less than an hour they were so called finished He also stated they came back, his daughter & helper and went over the spots that were not done That is definetly not soThe helper saw the one area and got a ladder to re do it The daughter screamed at him & they left without doing anything I never asked them to do shingles another mistruth from him The daughter was rude & disrespectable to me, when I said their job was not OK, she really started her screaming & yelling I told her she was hurting my ears with her screaming As for Mr*** he never saw my house & I did have it pressure washed years ago I think he needs to put what he cannot do in his ad He has not been truthful in his response
