Can not reach anyone by phone and they have only responded to one email regarding my PAID order I placed an order (#XXXXX) online November 26, at 2:pm for two (2) personalized music cd'sI did try to contact them via phone before I placed my order because I couldn't find my granddaughters name to personalize one of the cds; therefore, I placed my order onlineAfter several unsuccessful attempts to contact them by phone, I emailed them on Wednesday, 12/They did respond on 12/telling me that one of the names I wanted on a cd wasn't in their database....nothing regarding a refundI responded to that email the same day requesting a refund for that cd and a timeline when the other one would be mailed and I've heard nothing back from themI sent emails on Saturday, 12/requesting them to cancel my order and send me a refund....I've heard nothing backI've called 800-6285-several times and left messages and no one has called me backI also called the number on th

We entered into a contract agreement with Homewatch Caregivers and its owner Dan Fern to provide tax credit services and they did not honor their agreement with us. After numerous unreturned phone calls and emails, we threatened them with a negative report on Revdex.com which they again, never responded to. They are not an honorable company.

I can't say enough about Parul and Homewatch Caregivers! She was punctual, attentive, compassionate, caring, and all around wonderful! I did not know how it would be possible to spend 3 days on a hotel property with a 6 month old, but Parul entertained my daughter with toys and excursions, and my daughter was very well taken care of and enjoyed herself! In scheduling the service, they were very professional, answered my questions about childcare experience, CPR certification, etc. I was able to speak to Parul via email and phone before I arrived, so I could be at ease when leaving my child in her care. When I had to adjust the hours of care due to conference activities, they were very pleasant and it wasn't a problem.

My experience was fantastic, it makes me wish I lived in the Nashville area so I could leverage their services regularly! Thank you!
