Homewood Suites By Hilton Carle Place

Review: I had an extended stay at this hotel beginning 1/**/2015 through 2/**/2015. This stay was due to my home being damaged by a broken pipe due to the cold. [redacted] suggested this hotel and paid most of the bill. When I checked out I was blown away by the telephone charges shown on the invoice. Twelve phone calls involving a ([redacted]) area code were charged to me for $417dollars!To me and anyone else I have spoken to, these charges are nothing short of outrageous.Desired Settlement: These are considered local calls by any means and should be no charge. I did not see any fees posted on using the phone. Hilton or this franchise should not be taking advantage of people this way.
