Review: Contractor never lived up to his contractual obligations.work was never completed, after many delays and redoing work that was done incorrectly it was nearly impossible to get the workers on the job and the contractor was not returning calls or notifying us of how and when the work was to be completed. He would work when convenient for them and changed the plans to suit them and not what we had wanted and agreed upon. They would take it on themselves to start projects that were not part of initial contract in order to get more work out of the job.before the job began, we agreed to pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 mid way through and 1/3 upon completion.Once second installment was paid, work stopped and contractor never returned.Contractor did not complete any phase of job...even the early phases. Contractor owes us $10,000 worth of labor that was paid and work not completed.We advise to NEVER use this company. They will do what they want, when they want regardless of customer.Desired Settlement: I want refund for entire project because of the set backs and incomplete work, we need to hire a new contractor and start over, with a huge added expense to us.Not to mention the time wasted and stress incurred.I will be seeking a full refund unless some other form of restitution is possible.
