This company is a total scam and my advise is to run away as fast as you can> My free vacation which I have done everything they asked?? Note I said free I just got a bill for $for fees and miscbologna stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband & I have had the same negative experience as most of the reviews here with Millennium Travel They make it sound like they are giving you something when in fact they are charging you $$$ for something you could receive, without them, at a lower cost and at a more convenient time and location!!! After paying our $and waiting nearly a year for dates and a location they approved, we received our confirmation with another bill for over $to cover costs - some we'd never heard of (courier fees, processing fees, etc.) When compared to regular airline fees, it did not compare apples to applesSo, like many others, we gave up and cancelled the deal and requested our $processing fee back We were told we would receive it in to business days At the end of days, of course, we had not received our refund so we made a call to Customer Service againAddress was correct but now they said they would have to stop payment on old check and reissue a new one We could expect it to (now) take to business days!!! After reading other reviews, I tend to not want to believe anything they say!

I would like to warn consumers to not use this company. For me they were grossly negligent and failed to provide the fundamental service I paid them for. They miscalculated unemployment insurance taxes that went unpaid for two years while the state agency continuously contacted them on my behalf without me knowing. Due to lack of follow up and resolution, eventually a lien was placed on me causing an impact to my credit. This has taken hours of my personal time to resolve. In the end the company did resolve the issue with my heavy involvement insisting on conference calls between all parties to resolve. This company repeatedly received letters bu-weekly for two years to the owner warning of under payment and they did nothing. Do not trust this service. This business is not run well.

I called to check on the status of my "free" vacation only to be told that because I had neglected to get back with them after a letter was sent that the time frame would not allow to book the 3 dates required. I responded to EVERY letter they sent me and even have receipts and tracking info. The letter they supposedly sent never made it to my house so therefore I did not contact them therefore resulting in my vacation being terminated.
They have so many restrictions it's nearly impossible to work in dates that are acceptable and fits within their guidelines.
That presentation took 5 hours of my life I will never get back .... All for nothing.

English Translation:

My name is [redacted] and I had a very bad experience with Millenium Travel. They sent me an invitation to attend a presentation of sales in which I received a promotional package very good, that obtained two airplane tickets round-trip and a destination selected from a list that they provided. Plus two nights and three days of accommodations in a hotel resort in the same destination. With a deposit of $100.00 reimbursement, three dates and three destinations were to be picked in which they would work to accommodate us according to the availability (guaranteed one of the dates selected and one of the destinations selected).
Everything was going very well until we received the first dates were declined, in which at that time they asked me to provide them with a second desired date. Two months passed and I receive a letter stating that date was also declined and to reconfirm my third desired date. Finally I receive a phone call asking to provide a new date and destination to travel and an additional payment of $400.00 per person. I came into a final agreement with them, agreeing to travel out of Jacksonville, Fl to Mertile Beach, NC. When trying to confirm the flights; I find out that the airport where we were to arrive was a 5 hour drive to the hotel. Me and the hotel where were going to stay at, had to find a way for me to get there.
In total I figured that it was easier to drive from my house in Jacksonville to Mertile Beach than to drive from the airport to the hotel that Milenium travel assigned. Their intention was to get out of the promised deal we had.
In the promised destinations was Honolulu, which was my initial goal.
But like I mentioned before, Millenium travel took their time and made me loose mine, interchanging mail and making up certain conations making every time more difficult to fulfill the agreement and making me loose the period of cancellation in which I would receive my deposit of $100.00. The pressure was so strong that they were able to do so.
So I wasted my time and I had such a bad experience with Millenium travel. In which I do not recommend anyone the services of this company. I solicite the authorities correspondence to investigate the procedures of this agency, because to me they use these mechanisms to trap innocent people and benefit themselves and the business.

Straightforward "presentation" about vacation ownership, Left without buying --we already own timeshare. No hard sell -- good move. The free trip/flights were then ours to coordinate. OMG - what a pain. Millennium made us take multiple steps requiring costly certified mail, all of which could have been secured up front. They string you to the end, but the "free trip" was MORE EXPENSIVE than if I'd bought it myself! Plus they screwed up the dates after all that "confirmation.". The two free condo/timeshare nights and flights total nearly $400! I can get two round-trip flights for about half that! With my travel writing contacts, I can certainly stay somewhere more convenient for less, for free or for about the same. These guys mislead, bait and switch, and act without integrity. While the initial program/selling seemed logical and clear, their travel promotions are a scam. I would not dare send money to them for this trip even if the cost did make sense. Stay away. Far, far away.

This company is a scam! They do not fulfill any obligations. Their sole purpose is to dupe people into thinking they are getting something, then find a way NOT to provide what their customers, like me, were offered. If you receive an offer for a promotional trip, air fare, or anything else from them, do not waste your time filling out any paper work or even making a phone call, because you will get nothing but a run around and waste of your time. This company is a 100% scam!!!

As a CPA myself who could do the payroll I have been greatly disappointed in the service that I have been provided. I live in the state of Oregon. They withheld transit taxes from my employee's first paycheck. One was for Lane County - I do not live anywhere near Lane County. The other was for Trimet - which I do live within, however, domestic employees are not subject to these taxes. My representative, Penni, emailed me when I advised her that there was an error that she had spoken with her team that set-up taxes and that I was wrong. After sending them the code, they agreed and said they would fix it on the next payroll. The next payroll, they again took these taxes out. I was charged the quarterly processing fee on BOTH of these payrolls. One I assumed was for first quarter and the other for second. I then got an email right before my most recent payroll was to be processing stating that I'd again be charged. Penni again assured me I would not be charged. That Friday night I waited for my payroll cash alert. I received nothing. I logged in and there was (still isn't) anything in my filing cabinet showing the payroll cash and stub. Monday morning (today) I logged in and they have again charged my account the $190 fee. I still do not know if they corrected the transit taxes. I have not seen any cash advice, just the money taken from my account. Penni emailed me this morning asking when she could call, I advised her that I was around all day. I received no call. The service that they have provided has been significantly over-rated. For someone who choses to have this done externally so as to not have to bother myself with these matters in a busy time for myself they have done nothing but cause a headache. The fact that they did not know about Oregon's local tax laws makes me question their competency at the core. I would not recommend anyone to use this service. The only reason I am staying with them at this point is to avoid having to deal with annual reporting matching.
