We have resolved the complaint with Mr***After several service visits where we were unable to diagnose the issue, we had the installer go out themselves, along with our previous HVAC Director, to resolve the issueThis was completed on March 28, We apologized for dropping the ball on
communicating with Mr*** in a more timely manner, and have since expanded our customer service team in order to better serve our customers

discard these if you were to receive them. With that settled, we would like to clear up some discrepancies that are in your complaint. In the mailing you received, there is no mention that we "will be visiting" your house. It simply states that we will be performing home energy assessments in the surrounding area, we would never come to anyones residence unannounced. As for the rest of your complaint regarding "similar people", we have not and will not intimidate individuals or utilize door-to-door tactics to reach residents. You may be confusing HomeWorks Energy with a local utility company that uses those tactics. We are sorry, however, to hear that has happened to you via other companies. Lastly, regarding Mass Save, we are actually Mass Save Partners. In fact, we are the largest and most experienced Mass Save Partner and Certified Contractor, helping more than 30,000 Massachusetts homeowners per year save money, energy, and the environment. We do hope you find this information useful and resolves your complaint. On Jan 30th, our representative [redacted] replied to Mr. [redacted]'s inquiry via email, after we reached out with an apology and gift basket to the customer as a token of our sincere appreciation. On the same day, Mr. [redacted] emailed back at 7:43pm with this response:"Hello [redacted],First,...

thank you for the nice gift, it was unexpected but very enjoyable. I did get an e-mail from the Revdex.com today mentioning that they had not received a response from you so they closed the complaint without my input."The customer is still concerned about rebates that HomeWorks submitted in his behalf, but our representative is in touch again (has replied to the email today 1/31)  and has notified him that these can take 6 weeks or so to process. We will keep in touch with Mr. [redacted] as we receive any updates on the rebates from the Mass Save and Mass CEC programs. The rebate submission and approval notification are services we offer to our customers as an extension to the installation work performed. Mr. [redacted] has indicated that this is his one remaining item of concern, and once resolved, he would be willing to update his online review of HomeWorks Energy. We therefore respectfully request the Revdex.com to re-open the complaint or update its status, please. Thank you.

Hi [redacted],We are confused about your rebuttal of "The only thing from the company was that they would look in to it and respond back."Our Insulation Operations Manager, Adam, exchanged emails with you in response to this issue, he explained in detail where the problem derived from, the bottleneck therein, and made sure that the refund was sent to you and received. (From our records, the refund went into your account on 02/12/18).We do apologize for the situation and completely understand the inconvenience. Here at HomeWorks Energy, Inc. we are working tirelessly to develop a better customer support system and provide our customers with much easier access to our representatives than before. We may not be perfect, but we are learning from our mistakes and strive daily towards being a better company. We hope that you can accept our sincerest apologies and greatly appreciate your time in this matter. In reply to the rebuttal, if you find that our correspondence does not resolve your complaint we would love to hear how we can do better. We would like to acknowledge receipt of this complaint. We will be investigating this issue internally and then reaching out to the customer to resolve the issue. We will update this complaint once a resolution has been reached.
