[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They have never lived up to their part of the bargain and they clearly want to get away with itI do have an email from Imrad (one of their managers), when they were contacted by Range Rover corporate office, the guys (supposedly from the sales team) said Imrad was not working there and he promised to have someone get back to me and nobody called me backWhenever I call Mo K [redacted] on his cellphone he does not pick up and when I call from a different number he pickups and when he hears my voice he always say that he is busy and will call me back (which he never does)I bet he called me back every time when he wanted me to buy the carPerhaps it works for others, its not going to work for meI am going to pursue you until I get what I paid my hard earned cash for As a part of the purchase agreement, which was signed by their representative Mo K***, they were going to mail the 2nd car key (I do have a copy of what they signed) and it has been about three months nowI even decided to contact Range Rover Corporate Office and the Revdex.com because they were not picking or returning my callsThe last time I talked to them, the manager told me that I am not one of their 'HIGH END CUSTOMERS'I don't want to go back and forth with thisAll I want is my 2nd car key and the owner manual and I will never contact you again Regards, [redacted] ***

[redacted] is correct in that there was a credit inquiry submitted without her expressed permission.I will be contacting the credit reporting agency we use, [redacted] , and inform them that the credit inquiry was submitted in error by Land Rover Alexandria and it is to be removed from [redacted] 's... credit history.I will update this file as additional information becomes available.Note by Charles B [redacted] 9/24/2015.

Regarding complaint# ***,I reviewed documentation from last visits the customer made to our dealershipThe first visit was on 8/11/RO#*** and we performed an oil and filter change as well as a tire rotationOn the invoice given to the customer, it clearly states at the bottom under
job #that the tech noted several items, one being the" left front air spring needs to be checked next service, tech noted cracks are forming in the air bag".This needed repair, although untimely, was not a result of anyone here in our shopThe technician was forthcoming with his observationsThe customer returned 8/19/16, RO#***, after the left front air spring failed and authorized the repair to be performedIn no way is our technician Culpable for the failed air springI have attached a copy of the repair order showing the recommendations to the customer about the left front air bag having cracks.Sincerely,David S*** Service Manager ***

for the mileage discrepancy this was a service loaner that the miles had not been updated on after a customer test drive. [redacted] was offered the option of not buying the vehicle but decided to purchase despite the slight mileage error.I personally contacted a dealer in the Boston area to assist him with a problem he was having when the vehicle was 1 purchased.We will honor everything as stated in this reply.

Charlie's wording "expressed permission" is deceptive as I never completed an application or inquired about purchasing a vehicle. Lastly "in error" in also deceptive there was no error in applying for credit without my permission or a signed application. This prctice is illegal and Land Rover Alexandria violated the Fair Credit Act.
