Review: I returned my item and provide the tracking number which shows proof of receipt. I have contacted several times and they claim they did not receive. How much more proof do they need with a tracking number. They won't refund my money.Desired Settlement: The item was purchased through Paypal. I want the amount refunded less any restocking fee.
