I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
we did contact the contractor and he did come out and hook up the system, but once again he did not use the proper pipes from the septic tank to the distribution box which should be schedule 40 pipe because all others will crush under the soil. I also took pictures when they put this pipe in so I have proof. Also no further help was offered from a grant, if there is a offer I am very interested as I would still like a properly installed system. And as for the leach field, there was work done on that and it was part of the work scope because I had to pay $1000 extra for the leach field work and I have a separate contract to prove that. I wish they would of offered help when we talked on the phone because I would not of had to contact the Revdex.com. If they are offering help I will gladly accept but would not want the same contractor.

My office has spoken with this customer to try and assist in resolving the issue.  The customer was approved for grant funding in 2013 for a septic issue.  She entered into a contract with a contractor to install a new septic tank and repair a line.  The county health department...

also reviewed the work scope and approved the work.  She signed off on a certificate of completion in August 2013.  When the issue was brought back to us, three years later, we contacted the contractor who was willing to go out, clean out the tank and dig down to the distribution line.  The home owner is seeking a guarantee on the leach field which was not part of the work scope.  We are happy to try and resolve, but she has refused assistance from the contractor who did the original work; which was guaranteed for 1 year, yet was still willing to try and assist.  In addition, she might be eligible for other grant funding if she needs assistance covering additional repairs, which were not part of the original work scope, to the septic system.  Please advise of next steps.
