Review: On 6/11/2014, I purchased a parking pass for the July 3,2014 Cher Show for $35.00. However, when my daughter & I arrived at the Honda Center parking lot, we were ordered to park in General Parking. I indicated to the parking attendants that I had a preferred pass but to no avail. The problem was when the show ended at 11:30, we could not find our car way out in the lot. We went to security inside the Honda Center and were told to wait until the cars emptied out. They said that there were no carts available and customer service was closed and to call back tomorrow. When we were walking to our car, we were approached by 2 men selling Cher shirts for $10.00. I became afraid, was crying and my legs ached so badly. My daughter drove the car home. We arrived home after 1:00am.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of $35.00.I hope that in the future, this does not happen to me or some other elderly person who is not prepared to walk long distances to their car. It isn't only the money but the the lack of security when trying to find our car. It would help if there were numbered or alphabetized signs in the parking lots.

On 7/15/2014, I submitted a complaint to the Revdex.com # [redacted]. This morning (7/21/2014) I received a call from the assistant parking manager [redacted] at the Honda Center. He said that I could pick up $35.00 cash from the Honda Center so at 1100 today, I did pick it up.

Thank you so much for assisting me with this problem which is now resolved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Hello, I am in receipt of the customer complaint ID # [redacted]. I actually spoke with this guest regarding her issue and after listening to her complaint I transferred her to our parking department manager. She stated to me that she purchased tickets and a preferred parking pass to the Cher concert at Honda Center on July 9th (not July 3rd as referenced in her complaint) from a third party ticket broker, 714 Tickets. She told me she paid $35 for the preferred parking pass (our rate is $25) and that when she arrived at 8:00pm (the concert was scheduled to begin at 8:00pm with doors opening to the venue at 6:30pm) she presented the preferred parking pass and was directed to our general parking lot. This was due to the fact that we have limited preferred parking and when those lots are full we send all the other vehicles to park in our general parking lots. With over 11,000 guests in attendance for the Cher concert and approximately 3500 parking spaces on our property sometimes guests are not parked in close proximity to our main entrances. Should a guest not be able to locate their car at the end of an event our security staff if asked will provide an escort to any of our parking lots to assist in the search for the guests vehicle. With regards to her request for a refund, we cannot provide refunds for any transactions made to a third party.
