Let me just say, that it is 100% against the law to verbally assault someone and that is exactly what Don (the finance manager) did to my fiancé and I today. We were late on bringing him what he needed to close out the deal on the vehicle we were going to purchase. He brought us into his office and screamed at us for taking so long to bring him a GA ID and letterhead. SCREAMED!!! Like we were his children. I sat in that chair and cried from his verbal assault. The General manager, Stephanie, came in and let him get away with it. She even smirked. She told us to leave the keys on the desk, get our items out of the car and find someone to pick us up because they didn't want to sell us the car. THEY ARE EVEN MAKING US PAY FOR THE MILEAGE ON THE TEST DRIVE EVENT THOUGH WE WERE VERBALLY ASSAULTED!!! The audacity. I cried so hard from the yelling and verbal assault that I had an anxiety attack. My poor finance even came to tears. He event felt threatened when Don continued to POINT HIS FINGER and say " SHUT UP AND SIT DOWN". Brendan felt that at any second Don could have hurt him physically since he was already so fired up and pointing his finger in his face. There was a sign in his office stating that all transactions in the room are recorded for training, customer service and quality assurance purposes. Well guess what, buddy...... ITS ON TAPE!!!! I would like to request this tape so I may show it to the Revdex.com and Honda corporate. Penske corporate will also be a aware. It does not matter that we couldn't provide you with the info you needed to sell the car. YOU DO NOT raise your voice and verbally assault a client/customer. It is against the law! I am currently at home, 6 hours later and still on the verge of tears by the way we were treated today. This is NOT how you run a business. To Don and Stephanie... This will be paid for. We will not tolerate the verbal abuse that took place today. It was unacceptable.
