Review: Had an appointment to have my car serviced and my car had yet to enter the garage 3 hours later. No employees followed up after I dropped off my car. They only found out that my car had not been serviced when I inquired about the progress 3 hours after the initial drop off.Desired Settlement: I would like my car serviced for the reasons I brought them in in a timely manner. I would like BASIC communication about the progress of the service upon drop-off, not 3 hours later. Honda has lost all business opportunities with me and my extensive contacts. This is the second time this has happened to me this month via different dealerships. Frankly, Honda does not need any new customers because they cannot even service their current clientele appropriately.

Hello, my deepest apologies we defiantly dropped the ball. We pulled the car to the back without the customer being checked in. that was our mistake. If the customer would like to discuss over the phone “that would be great” also if there is work that should have been, please contact as well.
