I have received a letter today referencing a customer complaint that was assigned an ID of [redacted] .This issue had come to my attention with both [redacted] and her husbandI must have missed a previous letter from your office.The resolution that took place after my discussion with [redacted] resulted in her Honda Odyssey being painted under warranty.The resolution that took place after my discussion with Mr [redacted] was our service team treated her courteously when she brought her vehicle in for the warranty repair.These were the desired actions that they had raised and we were happy to accommodate their requestsIf there are further issues, please bring them directly to my attentionThanks,

Review: Unprofessional treatment and disrespect from the service manager [redacted] and president [redacted] Improper service, did not look under hood of my vehicle to see rust through and tried to brush it off as a rock chip. Three visits to repair a seat the was in fact broken and they brushed off as a plastic bottle being stuck under. Inconsistent policies with loaner vehicles. Never an apology when they were wrong about the conclusion of the rust source. Had a loaner vehicle given to us for the first rust repair but would not give us one for the second rust repair, we feel because we challenged their diagnosis of the rust. All of these repairs are under warranty.Desired Settlement: As a customer I want to be treated with more respect from this business. And I certainly hope if others have experienced issues this will help them as well. I would like to see consistent policies in place. Better service, reliable service in which I shouldn't have to bring the vehicle back three times to fix a problem they keep missing. Don't feel I should have to take my vehicle to a body shop for services that are covered under my warranty.
