Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I feel that I have spent a lot time trying to get this issue rectified. Specifically; the poor workmanship/labor that was performed on my vehicle. The offer of 15% is insufficient for the amount of time I have spent on this issue. I was hoping that Honda of Fife can work with me on this issue a little bit more. Apparently not. I am appalled with the response and I do not agree with it. As a result, I will be taking my business elsewhere pending the response from the dealership. Sincerely,[redacted]
